Emma's 1st Hap Bir

Can you believe it!? Emma's first Hap Bir already. For those of you who don't know what a Hap Bir is, it's the day halfway from one birthday to the next, exactly 6 months after your real birthday, ('Hap' being half of Happy, and 'Bir' being half of birthday). The concept, as far as we know, came from the Burtons. We have gladly adopted the tradition into our family - any excuse to have a party!

They start with her new found skill: sitting. It's amazing how far she has progressed just today. What a gifted child :) Next is her bath this morning. She loves her bath, especially the part where she gets to splash her mom. The last one was taken at Centennial Golf Course when Traci and Emma came to pick me up from work.
